The cooling tower is the size of a two-story, 4-unit apartment building (seen here). It is only 10 METERS (30 feet) away from John Newcombe Villas Condo.

They ADMIT knowing in advance that it was GOING to CAUSE DAMAGE and LOSSES

They ADMIT THE DAMAGE TO END UNITS WILL BE PERMANENT (regardless of a noise barrier solution)

They ADMIT DAMAGING cars and trucks with a spinning 5-foot propeller blade detachment 4 years ago - photo is here)

BUT they REFUSE to help improve conditions for neighbors in Las Glorias.
