John Yates is a white male content creator on YouTube, he has thousands of subscribers, and 289 videos on his page, with the first one dating back to September 2018. He has repeatedly used racial slurs, such as the N-word, and has threatened Black women with finding out where they live, shop, and where their children attend school.

He has been repeatedly asked to refrain from using the N-word, yet he has continued to do so, unchecked by YouTube executives! His most recent use of the word, while on a livestream with his husband Cody, can be found in this clip: {INSERT CLIP LINK HERE}

John has repeatedly promised to refrain from using the N-word, yet continues to do so, even after his latest apology made during a livestream on YouTube, with a Black female content creator. Time and time again, he has used the N-word, apologized, promised to refrain from doing it again, only to become enraged during a livestream, and use the N-word towards Black content creators, both male and female, without any remorse! He has continued to profit off of his racist behavior, by receiving a monthly check from YouTube, along with Superchats, and Superstickers, and Cash Apps from his subscribers!

Although his YouTube account is currently suspended, allegedly, that suspension is not enough, we feel, to deter him from repeating the same transgressions over, and over again! He has been shown grace, and given leniency, only to revert back to the same behavior! NO MORE CHANCES!!!We are asking that his channel be removed from the YouTube platform PERMANENTLY, and that he be barred from starting a new channel!

Racism, in any form, should not be tolerated on the YouTube platform, and there are other content creators that have had their pages permanently removed for far less severe infractions. John Yates' behavior is in clear violation of YouTube Community Guidelines, and we are asking that he be punished accordingly!
