Subject: Request for Immediate Repair of Road, Drainage, and Footpath Infrastructure Around Golden Grand Apartments, Yeshwanthpur

We, the residents of Golden Grand Apartments, Yeshwanthpur, are writing to urgently draw your attention to the severely deteriorated civic infrastructure surrounding our complex, which now poses daily safety and health hazards.

Current Infrastructure Issues & Impact:
Hazardous Roads: The surrounding roads are riddled with deep potholes and uneven surfaces. This has made daily commuting treacherous, resulting in frequent vehicle damage and minor accidents, while severely disrupting school buses and emergency vehicle access.

Severe Waterlogging: Non-functional, choked drains cause immediate flooding during rains. The resulting stagnant, muddy water completely paralyzes local traffic and has turned the area into a dangerous breeding ground for mosquitoes, sparking serious dengue and malaria concerns.

Lack of Footpaths: There are no usable pedestrian paths, forcing everyone—including young children and senior citizens—to walk directly on the busy, chaotic road, exposing them to a constant risk of accidents.

Requested Action:
We respectfully urge the concerned authorities to conduct an immediate site inspection and prioritize the following remedial works:
* Complete resurfacing and repair of the damaged roads.
* Restoration and clearing of the storm water drainage network.
* Construction of safe, elevated pedestrian footpaths.
