CHANGE WE CAN ADVOCATE FOR
On March 8th, 2009 activists throughout NYC are gathering to discuss ways to address the growing domestic and international hunger crisis. We are coming together to urge our local and national leaders to meet the difficult challenges now facing hungry and poor people. Voices will be raised. We invite you to come join us!
Senator Liz Kruger will be the keynote speaker and there will be an open panel of experts and political figures followed by workshops where you will be able to learn different ways of changing structures and policies that allow poverty to exist.
