Flight Booking Amount Yatra.com has to be refunded
The Issue
Because of this pandemic, the airline(IndiGo) suddenly cancelled the booking. And Indigo has already refund our money to the booking agency Yatra.com. The booking agency(Yatra.com) now not responding to our emails and we are unable to contact Yatra.com. They are not refunding our money yet.
Indigo Email for Cancel Flight on 13th November'2020:
This is in reference to your booking under the PNR-XMTKPD.
Your flight 6E 2393 from DEL to RPR on 06Dec2020 is cancelled due to COVID-19 travel restrictions. We are in the process of rebooking on best alternate flight. In the interim, should you wish to rebook on alternate flight or cancel and process refund click on Plan B.

When the booking agency didn't helped their customers then why we as a customer will suffer these types of problems by the booking agency.
So, by signing this petition Supreme Court and Govt. have to understand the customer problems and resolve it.
