Ron – we were already proud of our facilities here at YARCOBR, and the warm and friendly community. That’s why the majority of us bought homes here. We didn’t buy here to increase our values. We bought here to live here.
Our book values already increased greatly during the pandemic, but that doesn’t give us cash for the doubling of our HOA fees that this board has brought about over their tenure, and wish to increase even more with their grandiose plans which we had already voted down by a large margin 3 years ago.
This continued argument over the demolish/renovate debacle has only brought anger to this club that was once a friendly community. If you didn’t like what we have here, why did you buy here?
And to the woman that continually says she doesn’t know the people on the concerned citizens group, or those owners who have volunteered to help us become a better place, you should know who we are. We are the people that welcomed you warmly when you moved here. How quickly you forget.
