EMAIL FROM OWNER, ILENE ROGERS: VOTE TO RENOVATE, NOT DEMOLISH

I  would say it’s impossible to vote for demolition of the clubhouse since we have no information on the plan nor the cost nor the time involved to complete the job. 

Which leaves the only option which we have info on is to repair the existing club house.

We know that it will be completed much faster than replacement and we will have the use and enjoyment of the club house much sooner and at a cost we can anticipate.
