I recently learned that the clubhouse NEVER had a red tag from the City nor County.
It had a orange tag. The clubhouse has always been an orange tag which means fix the needed repairs ASAP and there are no restrictions on the entry to the clubhouse.
Why was it then closed? The City of Boca didn't close it doors. It could have been open this past Christmas Season. Folks could have gone in for coffee or used the TV on Sunday to watch the Sunday Morning Show as my entire family did together every year.
How many times did you read that the clubhouse was red tagged? Why were we misled?
