OWNERS WILL GET TO VOTE ON THE FUTURE OF THE CLUBHOUSE

ALL OWNERS WILL BE RECEIVING A BALLOT. 

The Board wishes to also request a vote of the Members of the Corporation to approve demolition of the 2-story portion of the Clubhouse and replacement with a new Clubhouse in a configuration to be determined by vote of the Owners at a later date;

IF THE VOTE LOOKS LIKE THE ABOVE,  VOTE NO

MIKE SHEA, Townhouse representative, report from yesterday's, 6/9/22 YARCOBR club board meeting: 

"Please note, this motion was amended slightly and I do not have a copy of the
change. But essentially what this motion does is authorize the executive team to make the needed repairs on the clubhouse to eliminate the red tag and authorizes the executive team to petition all the owners as to whether we should demolish the structure or keep it.

This motion was put to the board members and passed unanimously.It should be noted that if the owners vote to demolish the clubhouse there would be a second vote given to the owners that would allow then t determine the actual design of the new clubhouse. If the vote is not to demolish, the question will be should it be repaired to return to exactly what we had or
should it be renovated in an attempt to improve its function.

Based on the informal survey we took with all the townhouse owners if would appear that our group would prefer a new clubhouse which I support totally. Should we repair the clubhouse and bring everything up to code it is my belief this would be a waste to time and money. Please when the ballots arrive at your home please vote one way or another."
