To Mike Shea:

Thank you for your emails regarding to have a new Clubhouse. And yes I  would like a new clubhouse but nevertheless before to give my feedback I will appreciate your help  to know and be sure if our thoughts should be between two options or only about the proposal:  

Option 1  demolish Clubhouse to be rebuild it; according the presentation of Slattery and Assoc.  :- We’ll enjoy a new Clubhouse in 2025   with a COST:  $ 11’500,000. (Included miscellaneous , interior design etc )

Option 2 Rebuild totally the Club house all renewed using only basic structures (same , miscellaneous , interior design etc) 
- We’ll enjoy a new Clubhouse in 2024    with a COST:  $ 5’000,000
