I am opposed to the multimillion dollar plan to tear down the club house. I am in favor of improving the clubhouse but do not believe it needs to be torn down & rebuilt. I also feel that any decisions the club directors make should reflect a majority vote of the owners. Better communication & transparency would go along way to improve the current polarization that exists in YARCOBR.
