Finish production of the VOCALOID voicebanks Suzune Ring and Hibiki Lui

Finish production of the VOCALOID voicebanks Suzune Ring and Hibiki Lui
The Issue
VOCALOID is a singing synthesizer application released in 2004, developed by Yamaha. Its most popular voice and character is known as Hatsune Miku - but there are many, MANY more voices than that. There are currently 5 generations of VOCALOID, and in 2011 two VOCALOID3 voicebanks were announced for release: Ring Suzune (リング・スズネ) and Hibiki Lui (ヒビキ・ルイ). The original release date was set to be Winter/Spring of 2012. Many voice providers were interviewed, male and female, for Lui and Ring's voices, though the focus was eventually shifted mainly to Ring, as she had a mostly completed voicebank library while Lui's development status is unknown. Unfortunately, in late 2013 the website of the company that picked up their development, VocaNext, became inaccessable and their voicebanks are assumed cancelled and were never released commercially. Lui never had a public voicebank and Ring's was only heard in demos; due to this there has been a hiatus on the development of these voicebanks since 2013, making the status of these vocals completely unknown to fans.
This petition is to get Yamaha to continue the development of these two voicebanks, as many fans love them and want them to be released! There was another petition about this prior, but it failed due to not enough votes. I am hoping this one will not fail though -- and maybe we can finally get to have Lui and Ring!
