I had two devices Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G, with Black Crush Issue, changed the display panels as suggested by the team... But yet the black crush persist... Every Amoled model is having this issue... Just search Xiaomi Black crush on youtube or Google... You will find unlimited reports being reported... What is hurting we fans is, we are said it's NO Mi WITHOUT YOU... we think YOU represents Fans... Every ad says we are here because of Fans etc... But Fans issues are not taken seriously... And we are called liars instead... We trust your words... We trust your promises... We trust your support.. Yes, that's where the support teams are failing. Miui got its new name as MemeUi... Where a device experience is getting killed every moment... 

Worst point is XIaomi isnt even acknowledging the issue. If you accept and say it publicly that you will nake sure that its fixed, it will only gain more fans for you... coz they will believe, if any Issue, Xiaomi will take care of it. You shall become a trademark for everyone on this...

We are really feeling dissappointed... we don't want to lose the respect and love for Xiaomi... 

Since Redmi Note 3, Redmi 3s prime, I have been the biggest fan... Recommending many of my circles to buy Xiaomi... They too now tease me for killing the device in every update... No stable update is bug free... Killing everywhere... I didn't like Android phone before... I had windows phone... But Xiaomi made me come to Android... I don't like killing my respect for Xiaomi...
