Jennifer Goff’s Murderer is up for parole 8/2021. His name is Robert Turley. He killed her is 1984 when she was only 12 years old. To rape and kill a child cannot be forgiven.

He was stalking us for months prior to her murder. Robert tried to get me to go with him in to the same wooded area she was killed in just 4 days before her murder. It was my 15th birthday.  No one believed that one of our neighbors could be as “scary” or as “bad” as Jennifer and I were saying.

I ask to block his parole because he received 25 years to life for this crime and he should serve life. Jennifer did. Jennifer’s family did. & I did. We all had to live a full life without her. A beautiful, vibrant young lady lost her life that day. I can tell you that she wanted to have a family of her own, etc. She had dreams that never transpired because of this man.

He wrote me a letter about a decade ago telling me that he was innocent, so I know he has no remorse. He is sitting in jail thinking he doesn’t deserve to be there and counting the days until he os released. When a man can’t even admit his crime, how dare he be released.

I ask that you stand with me, and sign this petition to keep him in prison. Thank you.
