Thank you all so much for your support, we are almost half way there! 4000 more signatures and it is required that there should be a full council debate on this issue, so we'll done and thank you! I know it's been a while since this petition started but let's keep up the momentum and stop Wycombe district council from fining the homeless £100 for sleeping rough. I know we can do it!
