Vaseline have decided to discontinue Active Fresh cream deodorant. This is a much loved product particularly among people with sensitive skin for whom there are few alternatives that work without causing a reaction. This appears to be a decision based on advice from their "bean counters" rather than customers of the product, who are all devastated by this loss. Check their Facebook page where they are nonchalantly advising people to contact the Customer Care department. I see this as on par with the disastrous decision by Pears to reformulate their 220 year old recipe for Pears Soap ( also much loved by those with sensitive skin ). I believe the marketing manager in charge of that decision was fired ! Here's hoping for a similar result.
