Tiktok allows minors to have sex on Live Stream, and sex workers are allowed on live streams in provocative clothing or having sex, promoting Porn Hub or OnlyFans accounts.

Live streams are a loophole through TikTok's ban of uploading or sharing content that depicts, promotes, or glorifies sexual solicitation, including offering or asking for sexual partners, sexual chats or imagery, sexual services, or premium sexual content. TikTok allows sex to be solicited by minors via Live Streams and explicit accounts because there are no regulations around communicating with children, and Live Streams have nearly unregulated censorship. Many have documented the sounds of simulated sex with teens in masks and reports of seeing genitalia. I am petitioning that the app makes a change for the better.

Sex Workers link Porn Hub and OnlyFans accounts to social media platforms through the internet. As we know, if child pornography shows up on a web browser history, there are severe penalties by law. However, TikTok has made it easier for predators to watch child content without evidence. The proximity of these predators or sex workers accounts to children is too close for comfort. Minors can easily access live stream porn on the site because all TikTok accounts and Live Streams are accessible to anyone who has an account.
Many sex workers promote their accounts on TikTok by asking people to find the links to their accounts via Instagram, which has links to their pornhub and or OnlyFans accounts. However, NYPost and the BBC report that OnlyFans and Porn Hub have allowed underage pornography.

The dehumanization of sex workers will not be allowed; sex workers have every right to have social media platforms; however, content should be regulated and censored. Live Streams and accounts promote explicit content on an app made initially for children. TikTok holds accounts for millions of children currently without strict minor and adult communication contact regulations.

Sex work is work, and sex workers should be protected, however so should children. Predators can very quickly talk to minors on the app. Instagram does not allow adults to contact minors via direct message; however, this is not a feature on TikTok.
Minor accounts should not be accessible to adults via direct message or live stream. Live streams should be heavily monitored or not allowed any longer; that is what I am petitioning to TikTok.

I am petitioning that there are no Live Streams, as there is limited content censorship and that the app does not allow minors and adults to communicate via direct message.
