All animals are like humans. like us, they have emotions and feelings. Dogs are living things. It’s illegal to abuse humans so it should be illegal to abuse dogs. these puppy mills really need to be stopped.  It is rediculous that we’re forcing dogs through labor just to sell their puppies. Puppy mills are a form of abuse to these dogs, and it should definitely be frowned upon. People should be able to breed their dogs, as long as they are in the right conditions and the animals are not being tortured. I believe it’s totally okay to breed and sell your dogs, but only when the dogs are comfortable. there should be certain safety standards for breeding dogs. they should not be suffered just so their puppies can be sold. The standards need to be risen above the point they’re at, because it is absolutely disappointing to see these puppy mills being told they meet the standards and that they are allowed to keep running.
