The attention this small West Virgina town has had over our Mothman legacy has been a largely positive claim to fame, and a fun way to celebrate our unique local culture! With additional tourists being lead to the area, it makes sense for us to invest in our biggest attraction by adding amenities to preserve historic areas of the park, while expanding on outdoor recreation opportunities such as ATV trails and updated campgrounds. These amenities would not only bring additional money to our community from fees and money spent at local businesses from incoming tourism, but it can also improve access to our town's greatest gem for those who live locally.
