Worth County was known as a GREAT football team in the 80s and 90s. If you're from Worth County you know about Robert Toomer. He has been coaching in and around Texas and Louisiana for many years. He should be our next Head Football Coach. Rumor has it, the reason he hasn't been hired as of yet is because he will not accept the one year contract he was offered. In my opinion he will pay for himself with increased attendance at football games. It is astonishing how few people attend the Worth County Ram' s Football Games!! I feel Worth County citizens will be excited and attend the games simply because of the legend who would be coaching. He is also a very experienced coach. Please sign this petition in an effort to get the school boards attention so hopefully they will make this happen....ITS TIME!!!
