The issue
We are here to raise money for the for the conservation of the endangered Ili Pika.
The Ili Pika is a species endemic to China, and is on the brink of extinction, and none have been photographed in 20 years -- except recently. There are less than 1000 Ili Pikas in the world today -- less than Giant Pandas, yet, no official organisation has been established to protect this adorable animal. Conservationist Li Weidong estimates that the species has declined in population by 70% and numbers look bleak.
