Lift the ban of the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam

The Issue

We are in 2020, the Tamils of Eelam still haven't received any justice since the end of the war back in 2009. Some countries recognized the Tamil Genocide and are doing something about it. The next goals should be about lifting the ban on the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam a.k.a LTTE worldwide. There has been many proof that the LTTE had been accused of many false allegation. Removing this ban will show that the LTTE aren't a terrorist organisation but instead they're Freedom Fighters. https://www.swissinfo.ch/eng/law---order_tamil-tigers-acquitted-in-switzerland/45409056 in this article you could see that a major European country has already lifted the ban on the LTTE. Article 260 in the Swiss Penal Code was designed to combat organised crime of a mafia nature. Since then it has also been applied to terrorist groups such as Al-Qaeda or the Islamic State (IS) terrorist militia. During the process,  the LTTE was not regarded as a criminal organisation stated the Federal Court. According to the court, the LTTE’s primary objective was to be recognised as an independent ethnic community. Once the Bill 104 in Ontario, Canada passes, with their help and with this petition we can further our goals to the creation of the Eelam state.
