Mr. Armando Padilla was a good person he had a big heart and his name will not leave a bad mark. He was a hard working man for himself and his family he was always around no matter the situation always trying to bring others together. He has recently had his 38th birthday as has lived in Tucson, Arizona throughout his life. Mr. Fernando Borquez is 28years old , he has no relation to Mr. Armando althought Borquez is Armando Padillas biological sister Cristal Padillas significant other. They are always roaming around 12th & Ajo as well as Roy loas center they stay on the side street of 12th & President. We are now in the court system fighting against Mr. Borquez , who is trying not only to bail out but not get his max sentence. He has priors. He now has more pending charges due to the accident and he has threatened many people verbally as well as now seen physically. Ms. Cristal Padilla was not charged in anyway but she was in the vehicle with Mr. Borquez as he picked her up , where they then struck Armando. We belive anything from at least a domestic violence charge should be brought upon her . After the collision they went home change attire and went back to the scene when they were then followed again and caught.
