Ted DiBiase is a legend to the sport of professional wrestling, and a Hall of Famer.  DiBiase was handed the title by andre in what can be considered a "forfeit" and then wore the title for over a week.   What makes DiBiase have a case?  He defended the title against the late Bam Bam Bigelow in the following days.  

Dean douglas is recognized as an Intercontinental Champion when the title was just given to him, so why not recognize DiBiase?  DiBiase is an important figure in the sport of wrestling, and should be recognized as a WWE champion.
