I am a constituent looking for a Senator to sponsor the “World Friendship Anti-War Act of 2030” bill proposal I wrote. There is too much unneeded violence in the world. We must do our part to make a more peaceful world for our grandchildren. We were taught, as we taught our kids, to not bully or start fights. Seems like a basic good rule to follow, but our nation does not follow this simple rule.  “Mankind must put an end to war – or war will put an end to mankind.”  John F Kennedy, September 25th, 1961             The goal is to build positive relationships with other nations, or more easily said, is to build friendships. When we use our resources to help people instead of hurting them, we will have earned allies who will be glad to help us in our time of need. We help without payment, as we would want the same in our time of need.              Some key benefits that come with this bill: 1.    Lives saved, US and foreign. 2.    US tax dollars stay in the US to help advance technology, medicine, and infrastructure. 3.    Earning world allies through helping after a natural disaster. 4.    This policy enacted by We the People gives our nation’s leaders an easy NO answer to other nations asking for war support of any kind. 5.    The current military infrastructure makes for an easy transition to new world humanitarian branch as new advanced technology modernizes our defensive military. The 2030 activation date allows us to properly plan and organize the restructuring over the next three years. I would like a Senator to sponsor this bill and get it on the senate floor by the end of 2026. Thank you for taking the time to review my proposal. Proposed bill below: WORLD FRIENDSHIP ANTI-WAR ACT OF 2030 Bill # Session:  Sponsor:   This Bill is to redefine the United States of America as the humanitarianism world leader, who has the world’s best defensive only military.   Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled.   This Act cited as the “World Friendship Anti-War Act of 2030”.   The purpose of this bill is to redefine the United States of America to the world as the leader in humanitarianism by providing world disaster relief, while not supporting or funding wars by allies or foes. To have a completely national defense military.   SECTION 1: Anti-war Policy A.  Foreign Allies support during war. 1.   We do not send aid, weapons, money, food, supplies, or support of any kind to any person or nations currently in war or conflict. 2.   We will mediate and or consult in peace talks with all sides in open conflict to end the violence. 3.   We do not participate in blockades. 4.   We will not sell weapons to any person or nation that is actively in war or conflict.   SECTION 2: Defense of Nation A.   The United States of America will not initiate physical, biological, cyber, or any kind of attack on any nations or persons. B.  We will defend our nation, people, land, property, money, privacy, freedom, and infrastructure from any threat, foreign or domestic. C.  Trespassing, threatening to attack, or advancing to initiate attack, will be considered an attack and we will initiate defensive measures before allowing a first strike on the United States of America. D.  We will give one verbal warning prior to attack. E.  Once defensive measures are initiated the threat will be eliminated as quickly as possible through maximum force.   SECTION 3: World Humanitarianism through Disaster Relief Branch A.  We never send money to other nations. B.  This branch is only for natural disasters, human rescue, and environmental cleanup. C.  We will not enter countries that are actively in conflict or war. D.  We will provide aid in the forms of: 1.   Helping Hands 2.   Water & Food 3.   Medicine, Medical treatment, and supplies 4.   Equipment to use 5.   Consultation for repair, rebuilding, and infrastructure upgrades E.  When teams are not actively deployed on mission, they will be utilized for environmental cleanup and community advancement projects.   SECTION 4: Tax Funded Departments for World Humanitarianism & National Defense A.  Humanitarianism Departments: 1.   Deployable Medical Teams 2.   Rescue Teams and Equipment 3.   Environmental and Ocean cleanup B.  National Defense Departments: 1.   New Technology Development 2.   National Missile Defense 3.   Biological & Chemical Defense 4.   Surveillance a. Domestic Public Areas b. Foreign Surveillance and Intelligence         5. Cyber Defense         6. Finance & Banking Security         7. Drone & Robotics Defense & Rescue         8. Special Operations Forces         9. Asteroid and Space Debris Defense   SECTION 5: Repealer A.  The following laws and provisions are hereby repealed or amended to the extent they conflict with this Act. B.  Any federal statute, regulation, or executive order authorizing the provision of military aid, weapons, funding, or supplies to foreign nations or persons engaged in active war or conflict. C.  Any federal statute or provision authorizing the United States of America to participate in foreign military blockades. D.  Any federal statute authorizing the United States of America to initiate offensive military, biological, chemical, or cyber operations against foreign nations or persons. E.  All other existing laws, regulations, and treaties not in direct conflict with this Act shall remain in full force and effect.   SECTION 6: Severability A.  If any provision of this Act, or the application of any provision to any person or circumstance, is found to be unconstitutional or invalid by a court of competent authority, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Act.  B.  The remaining provisions of this Act shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the severability of any single provision.   Effective on January 1st, 2030
