Last June, Ringway, the Worcestershire County Council contractor, resurfaced many roads on the Spennells Estate, Kidderminster.  The job turned out to be a poor one, leaving the residents with sticky road surfaces that on even slightly warm days attaches tar and gravel to cars, shoes and pets.

We ask Worcestershire County Council:

1. To acknowledge that the job isn't done to an acceptable standard.

2. The problems with the road surface be put right.
