My response to this all is at some point poeple have to face the truth
What needs to happen for poeple to finally wake up, what is unhealthy of hearing the truth
I am so sorry if that feels uncomfortable or scary
It's a tragity that this is what needed to happen to me for poeple to speak up
Part of our geula process is speaking up and killing amalek - if someone doesn't like that then it's their problem not mine
If truth makes someone uncomfortable- they are the ones that need to face themselves that maybe they are repressing a truth that they so badly need to share with the world
I have not met anyone that went through my experience and may their be no one else that ever had to go through this and will have to chas visholom
However there are so many poeple out their that had their birth traumas - to the point where I have heard the husband stich still happens, v a c c I n e s had been given to children against their mom's will, forced c-sections for no reason but that the provider had no "patience" causing incontinence and loss of a natural birth, taking blood out against the mom's will, threatening to do a spinal tap (!) And threatening a new mama and fighting with her when she clearly felt it wasn't right, them "sweeping membranes" causing a stillbirth at 5.5 months and then dressing the non living child and passing it to the mom
Intimidation, fear, threats, lies, guilt,
The hospitals are good at covering themselves up - we need voices to hold them responsible and a collective awareness that birth is safe- at home with the women's full power, her choices, her feeling safe in her body, her trusting the process, healing generational lines of pain and abuse, her stepping into her power, her pleasure, inside her body - defined and judged by no one else besides her choices and her intuition
Birth is safe
Birth is the essence of pleasure
Since the sin of Chava - women have had painful periods and childbirth - it doesn't have to be that way forever - at this point we could heal our limiting beliefs about women, hormones and pleasure and step into our truest power and pleasure
I could go on and on
Poeple are so quick to tell others to go to the hospital because to them birth is a medical event
But it's not
It's a portal
It works
The body was created to birth
Fear creates danger, danger creates pausing of pleasure, pausing of pleasure causes the pleasure matrix of birth to not work, then causing the need to birth interventions
Birth is safe and as women we are able and capable to trust the inner knowing inside ourselves
Men- you could know this too- women have a special inner knowing inside them - trust that knowing
Honor that knowing
Let go of doubts
There is something called absolute truth
That could NEVER EVER go away
We could learn from children
If something bothers them they say ouch
May our cries of ad mosai
Us women stepping into our power, our pleasure, our choices, expressing our choices in a beautiful way
Feeling safe expressing our voice, our noise however that looks for us, expressing our creativity, doing what feels right and true for US as US in our own lives

Facing the pain, facing the denial, what's even more painful is not facing it
Being afraid of passion, hurt poeple hurt poeple, loved poeple love poeple - uncover the hurt- get out of the fear, obligation and guilt, hold poeple responsible, other poeple's voice don't deserve to be silenced because of someone else's denial- regardless of their reasoning
It is far more powerful to face your fears than avoid them, because once you face them you could handle anything and make safer and more concious safe sovergn choices.
I hope my experience can open more doors to many more poeple who have a voice, who have a story to share with the world
Let it out, share it, there are better solutions out there- you don't need to suffer, there are so many kind powerful souls out there - they don't need a degree, respect and they are so awake - the more of us awaken the more change we can bring to the world
Birth is a pleasurable, enjoyable, powerful event
No one in the whole world has the power to take that away from you
Your body was created exactly the way it was created to be
The best way that is meant for you
You don't need to fix anything - if you feel healthy - if you desire to work out and nourish your body in that way- go for it
If you desire to be more intentional, concious, aware of the food you put in your mouth - go for it - but from a space of desire and choice
You are beautiful the way you are, the body works in wonderful ways each body part is part of a womlnderful system their to support YOU. Even the more personal private areas is made exactly the way it was created for YOU. Don't let any shopping experiences shame and convince you otherwise- if something doesn't fit - it means the manufacturer has an issue with the clothing they made - its not your body's fault - the clothing they made was not created for your body (or sometimes anyone's body if they were being honest...) there is nothing wrong with you
Repeat that a billion times
Release that shame
It doesn't belong to you and you don't need to hold on to that
You are enough
Your body is enough
You are doing enough
What do you truly desire right now
Go for it....
The things poeple do to their bodies' for shame - horrible
I beleive poeple don't need to have cosmetic surgeries for shame, poeple don't need to be shamed and manipulated in to getting cosmetic surgeries for shame
A person's body heals perfectly - they don't even really ever need stiches after birth, they are NEVER DEFORMED their body is perfect as it is ALWAYS!!!!
There is a Hashem and because we trust in Hashem- THEREFORE we can face the truth, we can hear horror birth stories and we could hear them not when we are 9 months pregnant- calmly and we could upgrade our options and hear amazing stories from the options that feel right
In truth birth is not a medical event...
No women needs to be a "good girl" to have a right to use her body...
May we all feel safe to make the choices that feel best to us and not allow ANYONE to control what we know to be true.
