Dr. Pereira was abruptly transferred from the school on August 16, 2012. Her replacement at Woodbine has since been suspended from the district. Dr. Pereira in her one year at the school was a breath of fresh air. She instilled a sense of community, education, and respect. Her "Rocket Fuel" behavior program in the school started a school wide initiative to respect others and respect yourself. Dr. Pereira was the change that Woodbine School needed. Please bring her back so that we can successfully move into the future!!
