Using helicopters, poison gas and other barbaric methods, the U.S. Wildlife Services agency plans to eliminate beautiful, iconic gray wolves. And we need you to help put a stop to it.

The killing is planned despite this summer's ruling by a federal court to restore Endangered Species Act protections for Greater Yellowstone and Northern Rockies wolves. Wildlife Services agents - the government's wildlife killing experts - are planning to kill hundreds of wolves in the region.

The federal Wildlife Services agency has simply gone too far - and we need your help to rein them in before they kill a single wolf.

Please take action now. Urge Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack to nix the agency's plan to expand their wolf-killing role in Idaho.

The federal Wildlife Services agency is planning to work with Idaho officials to kill up to 80% of the wolves in central Idaho by land and from the air. Their plan also includes killing entire packs - including gassing helpless wolf pups and their mothers in their dens - and surgically sterilizing alpha wolf pairs.

All this despite the fact that wolves in the region are protected by federal law.

Speak out now and urge Secretary Vilsack to put the brakes on this awful plan - before the government-sponsored killing starts.

There are proven non-lethal techniques that can help ranchers co-exist with wolves and other native wildlife. We must stop Wildlife Services from dragging wolf management back to the brutal and archaic practices of the past.
