We support the Board of Education Budget as presented, with a 1.6% increase in school funding.  Education is the key to our children’s success in the future!   Any financial cuts would affect programs and classes.  While, Wolcott’s student achievement ranks in the top of its DRG, Wolcott ranks 167 out of 169 towns in per pupil spending – and that is not something to be proud of…We as taxpayers, parents, and voters urge you to support the Board of Education budget as presented.  Thank you.
