The Wolcott High School turf field is a town resource that is under-utilized. Aside from High School sports teams, no other organization is allowed to utilize one of Wolcott's few field resources. Any youth sports organization should be allowed (with proper request, permits and rules)  to secure time on this field during times when the High School sports teams are not using it. The track is open unabated to anyone is this fashion. There is no legitimate reason to keep a relatively maintenance free resource from the rest of the tax payers.
