Make Shrine a Creature Type [MTG]

The Issue

Currently, Shrine is not a creature type, meaning that Maskwood Nexus and Changelings don't effect any Shrines.

This is very confusing for new players, as "Shrine" on recent cards looks a lot like a creature type.
