Subject:- Regarding some urgent issues for the Academic Session 2020-21 during COVID-19 pandemic

Greetings for the day! Hope you are doing fine.
COVID-19 pandemic has affected each and everyone. Its good to know that the whole Witty family is completely safe from this pandemic and we hope the same for future also.
We appreciate the efforts of the teachers and school in imparting online classes to students in this panic situation. Because of this situation the school and parents are equally suffering. All the parents are going through a very tough time. The situation does not seem to be getting normal for the coming few months.
Since the beginning of Witty Institutions in Bhilwara, we as parents have supported the school in every respect. Now, its our humble request to the School administration to stand by and support the parents in these tough times. As Witty Parents, we want the following from School administration:-
1. Its very disappointing that even though in lockdown the school has charged some parents with the transportation fee. We request that this amount should be refunded to the concerned parents and further no transportation fee should be charged till the school reopens.
2. The school has been charging fee for academics, sports, activities, amenities etc. But now the school is only providing online academic classes to students. So administration should charge only for the online academic classes. The parents who have paid full fee should be refunded or adjusted in next invoice.
3. The demand of the situation is that academics is necessary for the students not activities. It is also not medically advisable for the kids to have a long screen time. Hence, the students will not attend the activity class.
4. Till now the quality of the online sessions has not been upto the mark. We require to improve over it.
