The noise and vibration emanating from the ships at Eastham docks, during unsociable hours (between 11pm and 7am) ,is having a detrimental Impact on local residents lives.

The noise and vibration felt in the vicinity has escalated within the last 18 months, which poses the question, what has changed to cause such a difference.

The constant noise and vibrations being felt is causing lack of sleep, a factor that can add to residents including minors general mental health especially during the difficult times we are living in with this national and global pandemic.

This petition is not against the dock business, which has been on going for many years, but is appealing to Wirral Council to undertake a thorough investigation into identifying the cause of this problem and to find an acceptable solution for all parties.
