With the rise of covid cassis in the Windsor Essex county region and multiple schools with covid cohorts being dismissed for positive covid and school closure, it should be mandatory for all school aged children to wear masks. It’s mandatory in all retail and public spaces for children of the  ages of 2 and older to wear masks, why is this not the case when our children spend upwards of 8 hours with other peers. Retail settings and public places I’m sure your children are not together for extended periods of time. It’s time to protect our children who in turn could potentially infected their elderly grandparents,  immunocompromised siblings, parents or close contacts.
