We are progressing well. I am now going to ask Wiltshire Councillors to take up our concerns. It is my suspicion that Senior Officers and Executives paint a picture of everything tidy and in its place.

Oh course, they mean financially tidy, as Wiltshire Council is run by the Accountants and Legal Eagles. They do not have a clue how to manage and provide services to the community and people.

Hence the reason why Youth Services are completely absent and community support workers are cut back so they are now covering two or more patches than they had originally..

The other problem is that they engage the cheapest Community Care Options without consideration of the quality of Service and the conditions of their workers.

It is the same picture for all Wiltshire Services, which are now so Risk Averse that they do nothing and criticise & challenge any Community Volunteer Services that are willing to engage with the areas they have neglected.

I know that other Councils deserve similar criticisms and challenges, but we live her and this is our concern for our own families and communities.

Please encourage your friends and families to sign because committed Wiltshire Councils Workers fear signing themselves for fear they would be targets of bullying and and even disciplinary action. This has happened!!!
