I have worked for Wiltshire Council and was Bullied twice. My Social Work and Community Work Teams were cut by over 1/2 in the few years I worked for them and the admin demands increased for 20% to over 50% (same for Police & GP Surgeries).

I eventually whistle blew of their bullying conduct and the workload stress these regressive policies were placing on remaining staff. Many staff of Wiltshire Council have reported their own concerns for the welfare of themselves and their colleagues.

I have worked for many years also as a Volunteer Community Worker and a Community Advocate and have dealt with dozens of issues involving professionals and managers of Community Services. In all those years I have never experienced a more abusive and dishonest Local Authority than that of Wiltshire Council since it became a Unitary Authority.

I have won 12 Community Advocate Cases in court against their actions and decisions. I still have professionals and clients of Wiltshire Council reporting their concerns to me and my workload has become overwhelming. Staffing and resource levels are inadequate to meet the demands and money is spent on the wrong priorities.

I am now determined to expose Wiltshire Councils failure to meet the promises made (To improve services & save costs) and its obligations to the Young, the more Vulnerable and the hard working people of Wiltshire.
