Wiltshire Council is all about following a tick box strategy to ensure it has covered all the risks and saved itself from spending on critical services.

By doing as little as it can get away with, and leaving the rest for the community to pick up, they then feel justified in blaming the Community for its failings.

This council has been cutting back on staffing and resources since it was set up. They declared they would save money, but assured us they would improve services.

The problem is, they know that Central Government have not provided adequate funds to meet essential Community needs, but cannot admit this because they are of the same political ideology.

Their current methods of pointing the finger at the Community undermines the community groups who are seeking to fill the gaps their incompetence and resistance have created.
