Changing the name of an elementary School in Wilson NC to the Cannon Hinnant Memorial Elementary School.  By doing this his memory will last forever in the hearts and minds of the students who attend the school. The naming of an Elementary School is more than just having a plaque made or even a statue. Cannon's life was taken to early in his young presence on Earth.  Cannon was murdered senselessly while playing with his sister. There is so much in the news about lives being mattered, Cannon's life did matter.
