We ask the WJCC School Board to rename Rawls Byrd Elementary School.  Due to Mr. Byrd's racist behavior, antagonistic behavior toward non-whites, disregard and non-compliance with Federal law, and refusal to integrate schools for more than 10 years, we ask that the school be renamed.
