William Smith was wrongfully arrested at a kickball game 8/14/2011 and charged with murder and two counts of attempted murder,2 counts of wanting endangerment and tampering with physical evidence. My hands were tested for gunshot residue right on the scene minutes following the shooting and the results were negative, it was alleged that I committed the crimes with at least one of the four guns that were found throughout the park , none was found in my possession and laboratory forensic testing showed that my DNA or fingerprints wasn’t on any of them, Nor was those guns proven or even said to be the guns that wounded the victims, one of those four guns was never proven to be fired on the the crime scene. It was one guy who testified that I was the shooter, since giving his testimony he has came forward and said that he lied on me .
