In violation of the spirit of FEMA’s “No Pet Left Behind” Act, dog owners fleeing Puerto Rico must LEAVE BEHIND any dog over 20 pounds due to a federal embargo on their travel.  Result: ABANDONED dogs, many left to fend for themselves, and more stress and heartbreak our American brothers and sisters!!!

We demand that the FEMA Administration and Legal Departments lift this ban immediately, utilizing outgoing unused airplane cargo space to reunite these families.
