This Is Trump's America as of February 2025; with His "Ethnic Cleansing" Remigration Campaign (Trump's Mass Deportation Program); which violates numerous Human Rights and is Illegal According To International Law. From January of this year into this Month of February; Children are being targeted in their Schools. Children’s Parents are being taken from their homes and swaths of the American Population are being taken away with their Constitutional Rights and Human Rights being Violated. So, what Constitutional Rights is ICE violating and what Human Rights Articles from The Universal Declaration Of Human Rights are also being Violated in Trump’s Actions that are Illegal According to International Law? These are the US Bill of Rights (Constitutional Rights) that the Trump Administration is Violating in Trump’s Mass Deportation Campaign as well in general since He took Office on January 20th:

“The Fourth Amendment: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

“Fifth Amendment: No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.”

“The Sixth Amendment:  In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.”

 

“The Seventh Amendment: In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise reexamined in any court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.”

 

“The Eighth Amendment: Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.”

 

“The Ninth Amendment: The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.” –The US Bill Of Rights

 

The 4th Amendment Protects against any Unlawful Search and Seizure by the US Government (which ICE without warrants is doing, which is Illegal). The 12th Article of The Universal Declaration Of Human Rights is equivalent: “Article 12: No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.” – The Universal Declaration Of Human Rights

 

The 5th Amendment gives numerous protections for individuals accused of crimes, such as serious criminal charges have to be started by a Grand Jury, that an individual cannot be tried twice for the same crime (double jeopardy), individuals have the right against self-incrimination and cannot be imprisoned without due process (so fair procedures and fair trials) nor have their property taken away from them without just compensation.

 

The 6th Amendment gives numerous additional protections to individuals that are accused of crimes, such as being informed of their criminal charges, the right to a speedy and public trial and the right to trial by an impartial jury in their criminal cases and to be allowed representation by a lawyer and to have their own witnesses and to face the witnesses against them. The 7nth Amendment gives them additional rights, including the extended right to a jury trial in their Federal civil cases. The 8th Amendment disallows excessive fines and excessive bail as well as cruel and unusual punishment. The 9nth Amendment itself outright states that listing specific rights in the Constitution does not mean that individuals do not have other rights that are not listed nor spelled out in The Constitution. The Equivalent Articles Of The Universal Declaration Of Human Rights to these Amendments to the US Constitution are as follows:

“Article 5: No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.”

 

“Article 6: Everyone has the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law.”

 

“Article 7: All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination.”

 

“Article 8: Everyone has the right to an effective remedy by the competent national tribunals for acts violating the fundamental rights granted him by the constitution or by law.”

 

“Article 9: No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile.”

 

“Article 10: Everyone is entitled in full equality to a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal, in the determination of his rights and obligations and of any criminal charge against him.”

 

“Article 11: Everyone charged with a penal offence has the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law in a public trial at which he has had all the guarantees necessary for his defence. No one shall be held guilty of any penal offence on account of any act or omission which did not constitute a penal offence, under national or international law, at the time when it was committed. Nor shall a heavier penalty be imposed than the one that was applicable at the time the penal offence was committed.” - The Universal Declaration Of Human Rights 

 

As A Human Rights Consultant (Certified By The US Institute Of Diplomacy And Human Rights), I attest in No Uncertain Terms that these are the US Constitutional Rights and Human Rights Articles Of The Universal Declaration Of Human Rights (which was adopted by the United Nations in 1948, which the United States of America did sign and ratify), that The Trump Administration is Violating in it’s Inhumane Mass Deportation Campaign which is classified as “Ethnic Cleansing” according to the UN’s Definition of "Ethnic Cleansing"

 

Also in this Month of February The Pope has condemned Trump’s Mass Deportation Campaign and Human Rights Violations. According To The Guardian News Article: “Major crisis’: Pope Francis rebukes Trump mass deportation efforts”:

“Pope criticizes other anti-immigration policies and urges people not to accept administration’s harmful narratives. Pope Francis has sharply criticized the second Donald Trump administration’s mass deportation efforts and other policies cracking down on immigration, saying they are driving a “major crisis” that “damages the dignity of men and women”. In the letter on Tuesday addressed to the US Roman Catholic church’s bishops, the pope pushed back against efforts to characterize all migrants as criminals – and urged people “not to give in to narratives that discriminate against and cause unnecessary suffering to our migrant and refugee brothers and sisters”.

“I have followed closely the major crisis that is taking place in the United States with the initiation of a program of mass deportations,” Francis wrote. “The rightly formed conscience cannot fail to make a critical judgment and express its disagreement with any measure that tacitly or explicitly identifies the illegal status of some migrants with criminality.” Francis acknowledged the right of a nation to defend itself and to keep communities safe from individuals who have committed violent or serious crimes “while in the country or prior to arrival”. But, he said that the act of deporting people who “in many cases have left their own land for reasons of extreme poverty, insecurity, exploitation, persecution or serious deterioration of the environment, damages the dignity of many men and women, and of entire families, and places them in a state of particular vulnerability and defenselessness”. He added: “What is built on the basis of force, and not on the truth about the equal dignity of every human being, begins badly and will end badly.” Francis, who has served as pope since 2013, has been a longstanding critic of Trump’s immigration policies. In 2016, when Trump won his first presidency, the pope stated that Trump was “not Christian” in his approach and views on immigration. Trump responded and called the pope “disgraceful”. In January, when Trump took office for his second presidency, he described Trump’s plan to deport millions of migrants as a “disgrace”. Trump’s administration issued a series of executive actions aimed at cracking down on immigration and facilitating mass deportations. He has redirected military resources to bolster these deportation efforts and empowered US immigration officers to make more arrests, including in locations such as schools, churches and hospitals. The White House said that more 8,000 undocumented immigrants had been arrested by federal agents since Trump retook office on 20 January. Some of these individuals are being held in federal prisons and others are being held at the Guantánamo Bay naval base in Cuba. In Tuesday’s letter, Pope Francis also appeared to indirectly address JD Vance’s defense of deportation efforts. In January, the vice-president defended the immigration crackdown by referencing an early Catholic theological concept known as in Latin as “ordo amoris”, or “order of love”, suggesting that Catholics should give priority to non-immigrants.”

 

“The pope wrote on Tuesday: “The true ‘ordo amoris’ that must be promoted [is] … by meditating on the love that builds a fraternity open to all, without exception.” David Gibson, director of the center for religion and culture at Fordham University, stated on social media that the pope’s letter “takes aim at every single absurd theological claim by JD Vance and his allies in conservative Catholicism (and the Catholic electorate)” and said that in the letter, the pope also “defends the chief target of Trumpism – the rule of law”. In January, Archbishop Timothy P Broglio, the president of the US bishops’ conference, also put out a statement critical of Trump after he signed his initial executive orders focused on immigration, foreign aid, expansion of the death penalty, and the environment. Broglio called the actions “deeply troubling” adding that they would have “negative consequences, many of which will harm the most vulnerable among us”. Also recently, the Vatican’s charity – Caritas International – condemned Trump’s plans to cut USAid. Caritas International warned that millions of people could die as a result of the US’s “ruthless” decision to “recklessly” stop USAid funding – and hundreds of millions more will be condemned to “dehumanizing poverty”. Caritas asked governments to urgently call on the Trump administration to reverse course. On Tuesday, the pope also named Bishop Edward Weisenburger, a Catholic prelate known for advocating for immigrants, as the new archbishop of Detroit. During Trump’s first administration, Weisenburger suggested that Catholic border patrol agents involved in the Trump administration’s family separation policy could be denied communion, a central part of Catholic worship. The pope also recently appointed Cardinal Robert McElroy as the new archbishop of Washington DC. McElroy has also criticized Trump’s immigration policies, though his handling of clergy abuse cases has been questioned by the survivors’ community. During Trump’s inauguration in January, at the National Cathedral prayer service in Washington, the Episcopal bishop Edgar Budde made headlines after using her sermon to urge the president to “have mercy upon” immigrants and LGBTQ+ people.” - ‘Major crisis’: Pope Francis rebukes Trump mass deportation efforts

 

As A Priest, I stand with the Catholic Church in Opposition to Trump's Inhumane actions against Immigrants. Again, the Pope did Decree that Trump is Anti-Life (A Threat To Human Life) due to his Treatment And Hatred of Immigrants. As A Priest I will have to remind The Church and The Faithful that we are called to:

View Immigrants As Created In God’s Image (as well as all Human Beings for that matter since we all share the form of our Creator and God is in each Human that you meet): 1 Genesis 1:26-28

 

Welcome The Immigrant: Matthew 25:35 (What we do to Others, we do so unto God and this is found in Matthew 25:31-46)

 

Love The Immigrant (Love Thy Neighbor): Luke 10:25-37 (Our Neighbors are Defined As Those Around Us…aka Human Beings around us regardless. Again for the Christian, there can be no limit as to who their Neighbors are.)

 

Speak up for the Immigrant: Proverbs 31:8 (aka speak up for others, the immigrant, the poor and the suffering)

 

Execute Justice for The Immigrant: Deuteronomy 10:18 (we as Christians are to be champions and ensure justice for those oppressed/suffering.

 

I will also add to this…Our Neighbor is Defined As The Other Human Being (those around us). This is found in The Good Samaritan Gospel; which also exemplifies what “Empathy” is and with the Idolatrous Trump Supporters claiming there is the “Sin of Empathy”, time for a Sacramental Correction in this. Let’s take a look at Luke 10:25-37: And behold, a lawyer stood up to put him to the test, saying, “Teacher, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?” He said to him, “What is written in the Law? How do you read it?” And he answered, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind, and your neighbor as yourself.” And he said to him, “You have answered correctly; do this, and you will live.” But he, desiring to justify himself, said to Jesus, “And who is my neighbor?” Jesus replied, “A man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and he fell among robbers, who stripped him and beat him and departed, leaving him half dead. Now by chance a priest was going down that road, and when he saw him he passed by on the other side. So likewise a Levite, when he came to the place and saw him, passed by on the other side. But a Samaritan, as he journeyed, came to where he was, and when he saw him, he had compassion. He went to him and bound up his wounds, pouring on oil and wine. Then he set him on his own animal and brought him to an inn and took care of him. And the next day he took out two denarii and gave them to the innkeeper, saying, ‘Take care of him, and whatever more you spend, I will repay you when I come back.’ Which of these three, do you think, proved to be a neighbor to the man who fell among the robbers?” He said, “The one who showed him mercy.” And Jesus said to him, “You go, and do likewise.” Luke 10:25-37

In Luke Chapter 10, Jesus Teaches In No Uncertain Terms to The Disciples and Us that the other Human Being is our Neighbor and there can be no limit as to who our Neighbors are. Jesus also in this Parable states In No Uncertain Terms to the Disciples and us to have Compassion on others; specifically Human Suffering. Not only that in the Parable, but Jesus also demonstrates that the cultural enemy of the time, can be used by God to do Good. Jesus also demonstrates in this Parable that the Religious Individuals/those of the State/Spiritually Corrupted Individuals and Us too…aka those who did not Help the Human that was on the road bleeding out…that they were equally as guilty as the Perpetrator for standing by and doing nothing as an Human Suffered. (JD Vance’s Heretical and Incorrect use of Ordo Amoris is Open Rebellion Against God. He and Trump cannot be trusted with Human Life; due to their Breaking of Article 9 Of The Universal Declaration Of Human Rights: “No Arbitrary Arrest, Detention or Exile”) The Idolaters of whom cannot be trusted with Human Life due to their lack of Empathy for others; in their Heretical And Antichrist (Open Rebellion Against God) beliefs cry that there is a "Sin of Empathy"; when Jesus Himself states we are to have Empathy (Compassion) for others. Apathy to Evil is Evil. True Wickedness is going against Jesus's Tenants (Teachings) and Commandments; specifically to Love Others. Again an Idolater should never be considered part of The Body of Christ; they are not Saved and do not have God's Holy Spirit in them due to their Hatred of Others and also due to the sale of their soul; every Idolater is under The Demonic Possession Type known as "Diabolical Obsession" and I do affirm this as an Deliverance Minister (I taught all of this and more in My November 18nth Sermon Stemming The Demonic That Is Trumpism As A Christian.pdf:

 

Over the past month as I’ve been watching as those of my own Community fearful of Trump And His Illegal Actions in Human Rights Violations; acts of Racism and Xenophobia mostly into law, I as A Priest have to remind those of Christ that Hatred is Rebellion Against God. For God (He Himself) is Love, we as Christians have to be of Love and There Is Zero Exception To This. This is found in 1st John 4:7-21 (Imago Dei(In God's Image)):"Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God. Anyone who does not love does not know God, because God is love." 1 John 4:7-8. In these two verses, St. John states in No Uncertain Terms that God (He Himself) is Love. Those Who Are Not Of Love, are Not Of God...no matter what they Profess. God Is Love, God (He) is The Source Of Love...those who are not of Love are not of God nor have the capability to be of Love. Father Gabrielle Amorth puts all of this succinctly in this quote: "The ability to love comes from grace, and it is much reduced in those who do not know Christ; and even more so in those who know Him but do not follow Him, a choice that assumes a serious sin." - Father Gabrielle Amorth

 

We As Christians are to Stand Against Hatred/Racism and Protect The Victims of Racism. Racism Is An Moral Sin, An Sin Against God. Archbishop Harry J Flynn In "In God's Image: A Pastoral Letter On Racism" has this to say On Why Racism Has To Not Only Be Rejected by it's victims protected and to root out Racism In our Churches and Community:

"God’s word in Genesis announces that all men and women are created in God’s image; not just some races and racial types, but all bear the imprint of the Creator and are enlivened by the breath of His one Spirit …[Racism] mocks the words of Jesus: “Treat others the way you would have them treat you.” Indeed, racism is more than a disregard for the words of Jesus; it is a denial of the truth of the dignity of each human being revealed by the mystery of the Incarnation. [6]. Those words remind us how seriously racism violates God’s will for us. It contradicts the meaning of the Incarnation and threatens our salvation. With the Incarnation, Jesus entered human history to transcend and transform the divisions of human sinfulness. He calls us to a communion with one another, a unity that reflects the unity of God’s own being in the Holy Trinity. In his life Jesus modeled this unity and deep reverence for the dignity of each person he met. Whether it was the Samaritan woman, the tax collector, the leper, or the prostitute, Jesus treated all people with the reverence that is their due as children of God.”

“If we are to follow the example of Jesus, then we must be keenly aware that every person is formed in the image and likeness of God. Every person must be treated with a deep reverence and respect. For we are all sons and daughters of the one God, in whose sacredness we share. God intends that we all live in harmony, that we practice a love that unites us and reflects our fundamental equality as human beings. Racism is a serious offense against God precisely because it violates the innate dignity of the human person. At its core racism is a failure to love our neighbor. Since we cannot claim to love God unless we love our neighbor, we can only be one with God if we reject racism and work aggressively to remove it from our personal lives, our church, and our society. Pope John Paul II, in an important teaching document entitled “Ecclesia in America,” reminds us, Every offense against the dignity of the person is an offense against God himself, in whose image human beings are made. This dignity is common to all, without exception, since all have been created in the image of God (cf. Gen 1:26). Jesus’ answer to the question “Who is my neighbor?” (Lk 10:29) demands of each individual an attitude of respect for the dignity of others and of real concern for them, even if they are strangers" - Archbishop Harry J. So, Do not allow yourself the inability to Love Others...this is what happened to The Trump Supporters/Christian Nationalists. Father Gabrielle Amorth's puts this succinctly in this quote: "The ability to love comes from grace, and it is much reduced in those who do not know Christ; and even more so in those who know Him but do not follow Him, a choice that assumes a serious sin." - Father Gabrielle Amorth. In Father Gabrielle Amorth's Ruling: Love comes from God, it is much reduced in those who do not know Christ (aka Non-believers), even more so in those who know him but choose not to follow him(aka Fallen Christians who Profess to be of Christ but Have Hatred in Their Hearts for Others. They do not have God's Holy Spirit and are not saved no matter what they Profess. So do not Believe Them And Do Not Count Them As Part Of The Body of Christ. They are not Christian no matter what they Profess...this is the ruling (Their lack of Empathy for others, from a Psychological Perspective...they cannot Be Trusted With Human Life either)).
