January 2025 Update On Child Rights And Human Rights:

Good Evening Everyone! Firstly, thank you all for sharing this Petition. Secondly, please continue to share this Petition as well as sign other Petitions against Project 2025, Trumpism/Trump's Human Rights Violations. In the past 48 hours, Trump upon taking office has enacted his Mass Deportation Campaign, which is correctly ruled as "Ethnic Cleansing" according to the United Nation's Definition Of Ethnic Cleansing. The Pope has made his Stance Against Trump's Mass Deportation Campaign. According To The Huffington Post Article: "A Disgrace": The Pope Raises Holy Hell Over Trump's Biggest 'Day 1' Promise":

"Pope Francis on Sunday spoke out against President-elect Donald Trump’s plan to launch a massive migrant deportation program on his first day in office.
“If it is true, it will be a disgrace, because it makes the poor wretches who have nothing pay the bill for the imbalance,” the pontiff said on Italian television’s “Che Tempo Che Fa,” according to a CNN translation. “It won’t do. This is not the way to solve things.”

"Trump has repeatedly vowed to launch a sweeping deportation program immediately after taking office on Monday. “On day one, I will launch the largest deportation program in American history to get the criminals out,” he said in October. He repeated that promise at a pre-inauguration rally on Sunday. "By the time the sun sets tomorrow, the invasion of our country will have come to a halt,” he said in Washington."

"Politico said Trump is set to sign an executive order declaring a crisis at the southern border on Monday, while The Wall Street Journal reported on plans for raids and deportations in Chicago on Tuesday. Cardinal Blase Cupich, archbishop of Chicago, also spoke out against the reported details of Trump’s plan. “While we wish the new administration success in promoting the common good, the reports being circulated of planned mass deportations targeting the Chicago area are not only profoundly disturbing but also wound us deeply,” he said in a statement posted online, adding that “indiscriminate mass deportation ... would be an affront to the dignity of all people and communities, and deny the legacy of what it means to be an American.”

"Trump took a similar hard line on immigration during his previous term in office ― and the pope was critical then as well. When asked about Trump’s promise to build a border wall in 2016, the pope said: “A person who only thinks about building walls, wherever they may be, and not building bridges, is not Christian.” In 2018, he called the Trump administration’s family separation policy for undocumented migrants “contrary to our Catholic values” and “immoral.” - 'A Disgrace': The Pope Raises Holy Hell Over Trump's Biggest 'Day 1' Promise

As a Priest, I will Reiterate The Pope's Decree from September (that Trump is Anti-Life (Necessarily a Threat To Human Life)):

"It should be clear that sending migrants away, denying migrants the capacity to work, to not welcome migrants, it is a sin. It is grave," the pope said."

"Francis said immigration was a right that dates back to biblical times, and noted that it was repeated in the Old Testament of the Bible that the people of Israel had a duty "to take care of the orphan, the widow and the stranger — that is, the migrant" - The Pope's Decree That Trump Is Anti-Life

The Pope is absolutely correct in this as well (We as a Christians have a Duty to Help The Immigrant and Treat The Foreigner well...if we do not and they cry out to the Lord...the Lord will surely hear their cry and we will have the Law of Consequences as a subsequent result of our Rebellion Against God). Instead of Reiterating "What The Bible Says About Taking Care of The Immigrant/Treating The Foreigner Well"; I will Link My September Human Rights Update: September 2024 Update On Child Rights, Human Rights And Safeguarding Child Rights

So, in Trump's Home Raids as of January 20th, what Human Rights Is He Violating? As A Certified Human Rights Consultant (Certified By The Us Institute Of Diplomacy And Human Rights), I will state in No Uncertain Terms that Arbitrary Arrest, Detention And Exile is A Human Rights Violation; Violating Article 9 of The Universal Declaration of Human Rights. So, what Is Article 9 Of The Universal Declaration of Human Rights?”:

"Article 9 - Freedom from Arbitrary Arrest and Exile. International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights – General Comment No. 35, Article 9 (Liberty and security of person) (CCPR/C/GC/35, 2014). As a major international human rights treaty, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights provides a range of civil and political protections. To help countries interpret the 53 articles of the treaty, the Human Rights Committee publishes General Comments at regular intervals. These Comments interpret the text of the treaty and give clarification to States regarding their reporting obligations to the Committee. In addition, the Committee uses the General Comments to make recommendations to countries concerning certain topics or issues and provides guidance on implementing the codified rights of the treaty into national legislation. General Comment No. 35 addresses the ban on arbitrary detention and defines liberty and security of persons. It specifies the State’s responsibility to limit its powers and to have clear guidelines when making arrests or placing a person in detention. It also provides State parties with specific information about safeguards and how to effectively control government entities. It aims to encourage compliance on the national level and to protect all humans from arbitrary arrest, detention, or exile." - Article 9, The Universal Declaration of Human Rights”

Article 9 Of The Universal Declaration Of Human Rights (which was adopted by the United Nations in 1948): "No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile.". In This Article of The Universal Declaration Of Human Rights, No Individual shall be (will be/should be) Arbitrarily Arrested, placed in Detention or Exiled. This is a Fundamental Human Right; the 9nth Article Of The Universal Declaration Of Human Rights. The Trump Administration is Currently Violating (as of January 20th) This Human Right . The Trump Administration will Break far numerous Human Rights Conventions and far worse in the next coming weeks to months. Again, Children being placed in cages again and Immigrants sent to Concentration Camps is already in effect.

So, what other Human Rights Violations Will Occur In Trump's Ethnic Cleansing" Mass Deportation Campaign? Again, The Universal Declaration Of Human Rights, which was adopted By The United Nations in 1948 and has 30 Articles, These Human Rights Articles that area already being violated and will continue to be Violated in Trump's Remigration Policy that is correctly ruled as "Ethnic Cleansing":

Article 1: “All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.”

Article 2: “Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty.”

Article 3: “Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.” (The Right To Life)

Article 4: “No one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms.”

Article 5: “No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.”

Article 6: “Everyone has the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law.”

Article 7: “All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination.”

Article 8: “Everyone has the right to an effective remedy by the competent national tribunals for acts violating the fundamental rights granted him by the constitution or by law.”

Article 9: “No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile.”

Article 13: “Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each state. Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country.”

Article 14: “Everyone has the right to seek and to enjoy in other countries asylum from persecution. This right may not be invoked in the case of prosecutions genuinely arising from non-political crimes or from acts contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.”

Article 15: “Everyone has the right to a nationality. No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his nationality nor denied the right to change his nationality". - The Universal Declaration Of Human Rights

The Human Rights Articles are self-explanatory. Everyone has a right to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Everyone has the Right to Live, to be regarded as a Human (Person/Individual with a Conscious) and a Right’s Holder. Most Importantly…Article 3: Everyone has The Right To Life (The Right to Exist, The Right to Be Alive, to Right to not Have Their Life Taken From Them). Articles 9,13,14-15 are more in regard to Migration/Immigration/Asylum: Article 9: No One shall be subject to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile (so people being arrested for no reason…so no due process and/being removed). Article 13: Everyone has the right to freedom of movement within their country and can leave their own country and return to their country. Article 14: Everyone has the right to seek asylum, to escape persecution, war/genocides (though this right can’t be used for running from non-political crimes or acts contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations). Article 15: Everyone has the right to a nationality; their right to their nationality can’t be deprived/denied from them and they can’t be denied the right to change their nationality.

So Yes, Everyone has a Right to Immigrate and these Rights are Guaranteed In The Universal Declaration Of Human Rights, that was adopted by The United Nations in 1948 and of which The United States of America did sign. All of this I Affirm as a Certified Human Rights Consultant, Certified By The US Institute Of Diplomacy And Human Rights. Again, Trump and His Supporters need to be Rejected and Their Victims Protected From Them. This Is Why Trump is Decreed As "Anti-Life" By The Pope... a literal Threat To Human Life. I Do Explain All of This And More In My Human Rights Presentation Paper: Human Rights Advocacy Why The USA Should Adopt The CRC cv.pdf

In My Human Rights Presentation: "2025 And What Human Rights You Will Lose To Trump", I do talk about all the Rights In The Universal Declaration of Human Rights You will Lose to Trump as well as why Racism is a Mental Illness and why we as Christians have to reject Trumpism and protect it's Victims from it . Now returning to what the Pope stated: “A person who only thinks about building walls, wherever they may be, and not building bridges, is not Christian.”

The Pope is correct, anything involving "Hatred" be it Racism/Xenophobia and intent to harm and remove Human Beings from Areas...is completely Anti-Christ and an Abomination to God. Again, what you do to others, you do so Unto God and this is found in Matthew Chapter 25:

"For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me.’ Then the righteous will answer him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you drink? And when did we see you a stranger and welcome you, or naked and clothe you? And when did we see you sick or in prison and visit you?’ And the King will answer them, ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.’ Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world." Matthew 25:34-40

In Matthew Chapter 25, Jesus states In No Uncertain Terms to His Disciples and us, that what we do to Others… “the Least of These” …we do so unto God Himself. Dietrich Bonhoeffer in “God Is In The Manger: Reflections On Advent and Christmas; expounds Jesus’s Message even further in this quote: "Jesus stands at the door knocking (Rev. 3:20). In total reality, he comes in the form of the beggar, of the dissolute human child in ragged clothes, asking for help. He confronts you in every person that you meet. As long as there are people, Christ will walk the earth as your neighbor, as the one through whom God calls you, speaks to you, makes demands on you. That is the great seriousness and great blessedness of the Advent message. Christ is standing at the door; he lives in the form of a human being among us ”. – Dietrich Bonhoeffer.

In Dietrich Bonhoeffer’s statement that “God Will walk the Earth as your Neighbor; the One Whom God Calls to You…Speaks To You and Makes Demands of You,” God Certainly will use People to test you as well. What You Do To Others, you Do to God…for God is In The Other Person of whom is the Limitation Jesus has placed on us Christians. So, we as Christians have a “Limitation” …the Other Human Being. Again, what you do to others, you do so unto God. The Love You Have/Haven't Given Others, will be what judges you in the Final Judgement. Father Gabrielle Amorth In "An Exorcist Explains The Demonic: The Antics of Satan And His Army Of Fallen Angels" explains in further detail:

“The essential question is: What is the concrete rapport that each man has with God? As I have mentioned, the solemn response is found in the Gospel of Matthew. The saved and the damned will be chosen on the basis of their recognition or rejection of Christ in the infirm, in the hungry, and in the poor (Matt. 25:31-46). Two essential elements emerge from this. The first division, a schism, between those going to paradise and those going to hell, between the saved and the condemned. The second regards the manner in which this judgement will be accomplished- with love. God’s Commandments and every other precept are summarized solely in one commandment: “[L]ove one another as I have loved you”( John 15:12). We can easily understand that this command is addressed to each human conscious in every age, including those who lived before Christ and those, who today, as in centuries past, never heard anyone speak of the Son of Man. Therefore, the finale of this stupendous passage is the beautiful passage from Matthew: “Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brethren, you did it to me” (Matt. 25:40). If each man-apart from his religion, his culture, his epoch, and any other circumstance- has loved his neighbor, he has also loved the Lord Jesus in person. Any rapport with our brothers and sisters in any locality, any age, or any situation is, all in all, a rapport with Jesus Christ in person. Each human  creature who achieves fulfillment in his human relationships is, at the same time, relating to God. For this reason, the love of neighbor is the fundamental precept of life. John the Evangelist helps us to understand that we cannot say that we love God, whom we cannot see, if we do not love our brother, whom we can see (cf. 1 John 4:20). The love that will judge us will be the same [love] that we have (or have not) practiced towards others, the same [love] that Jesus lived in His earthly experience and taught us in the Gospels, the same [love] to which we are entitled through the sacraments, through prayer, and through a life of faith. The ability to love comes from grace, and it is much reduced in those who do not know Christ; and even more so in those who know Him but do not follow Him, a choice that assumes a serious sin. Indeed, Jesus said: “He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned” (Mark 16:16).” - Father Gabrielle Amorth

Again, do not allow yourself the inability to Love Others...this is what happened to The Trump Supporters/Christian Nationalists. Father Gabrielle Amorth's puts this succinctly in this quote: "The ability to love comes from grace, and it is much reduced in those who do not know Christ; and even more so in those who know Him but do not follow Him, a choice that assumes a serious sin." - Father Gabrielle Amorth. In Father Gabrielle Amorth's Ruling: Love comes from God, it is much reduced in those who do not know Christ (aka Non-believers), even more so in those who know him but choose not to follow him(aka Fallen Christians who Profess to be of Christ but Have Hatred in Their Hearts for Others. They do not have God's Holy Spirit and are not saved no matter what they Profess. So do not Believe Them And Do Not Count Them As Part Of The Body of Christ. They are not Christian no matter what they Profess...this is the ruling (Their lack of Empathy for others, from a Psychological Perspective...they cannot Be Trusted With Human Life either)).

In My Human Rights Presentation: "MLK Day And Preserving Human Rights In America", I presented on January 20th, I went through The US Bill of Rights and all of the Amendments Trump would break in His Mass Deportation Program as well as the various Human Rights Conventions Trump would be breaking on Day One. So far Trump has broken 5 Amendments to the US Bill Of Rights (Amendments 4-8). I also went through The Universal Declaration Of Human Rights and all of the Human Rights He would be breaking from His Mass Deportations on as well as why Racism is a Mental Illness and why all Trump Supporters are Suffering from Mass Psychosis and why we as Christians/Good Ethical Individuals have to protect their victims from them and make certain they receive the mental health help they desperately need with Legal Accountability.

Human Rights Presentation: MLK Day And Preserving Human Rights In America Synopsis:

“It is important to remember that Children despite their Legal Status, have Rights Everywhere in Every Country in The World, if they Ratify The Rights of A Child. It really doesn’t matter what your passport says, what your legal status is, who stamped your passport. You have a Right To Life, A Right to An Education. You have a Right to a Better Life than you received.” – Andrea Rossi. My Human Rights Presentation: "MLK Day And Preserving Human Rights In America". With today being Martin Luther King Jr. Day and with Trump becoming the 47nth President of The United States of America. As a newly Certified Child's Rights Consultant (Certified by The US Institute of Diplomacy And Human Rights), In This Human Rights Presentation Video, I present My Human Rights Campaign "Why The United States of America Should Adopt The Convention On The Rights Of The Child" and teach all 54 Articles of The Convention On The Rights Of The Child as well as teaching(as a Certified Human Rights Consultant),The Universal Declaration of Human Rights and all the Human Rights Trump violated in His Zero Tolerance Immigration Policy and what Human Rights He will Break starting Today. With Trump's Mass Deportation Program activated Today; I reiterate The Catholic Church's Decision To Stand Against Trump's Inhumane Remigration Campaign (Why It is correctly Ruled as "Ethnic Cleansing" by the United Nations definition), why I stand with The Church Against This Depravity And Evil and state why we as Christians and American Citizens have to Reject Trumpism (Why Racism is Mental Illness, Why The Idolaters (Trump Supporters) are Suffering from Mass Psychosis and certainly can't be trusted with Human Life and why we Christians have to not only Safeguard their victims from them but to try to save the Idolaters from their Possession (Diabolical Obsession) by Peace, Love and Legal Accountability and I Teach How You Can Report Human Rights Violations (especially all Human Rights Trump will Violate from today onwards).

So again, learn Human Rights and Please Safeguard Human Rights as well as Human Lives. We as Christians have a Moral Responsibility to Safeguard The Victims of Hatred and Wrong. Dietrich Bonhoeffer puts this succinctly in this quote: “Let the fellowship of Christ examine itself and see whether it has given any token of love of Christ to the victims of the world’s contumely and contempt, any token of that love of Christ which seeks to preserve, support and protect life. Otherwise however liturgically correct our serves are, and however devout our prayer, however brave our testimony, they will profit us nothing, nay rather, they must needs testify against us that we have as a Church ceased to follow our Lord. " - Dietrich Bonhoeffer

Again, we can't be Apathetic to this Depravity and Evil. What Trump is doing in His Mass Deportation Program is Illegal According To International Human Rights Laws (The Universal Declaration Of Human Rights), which the United States did Sign and Ratify. We have a Duty to Safeguard/Protect Anyone who's Human Rights are being Violated. We can't be Apathetic to Human Suffering, nor Evil. Apathy to Evil is Evil. Dietrich Bonhoeffer Defines Apathy to Evil in this quote: "Silence in the face of Evil, is itself Evil. God will not hold guiltless. To not speak is to speak. To not act is to act." - Dietrich Bonhoeffer
