For the Month of March here in the USA; it has been a dreadful month for Immigrants and American Citizens alike. Legal Residency Students are being Disappeared with No Due Process by The Trump Administration (which is illegal according to Constitutional Law and more importantly; International Law), in their use of The First Amendment. Such victims include Mahmoud Khalil, Barah Khan Suri, Rumeysa Ozturk, Momodou Taal and many others.
Let’s take a look at a recent Law And Crime News Article: “Naked attempt at intimidation’: Trump trying to deport Cornell activist in response to lawsuit he filed against POTUS over deportations of protesters, student says”:
“The Trump administration is pushing for the deportation of a Cornell University graduate and activist who had his student visa revoked “hours” before he filed a lawsuit against the president and Department of Homeland Security over the arrests of people “participating in demonstration[s] in support of Palestine.” Trump’s Justice Department claims it’s simply due to a “lack of lawful immigration status,” while the student’s legal team calls the push a “naked attempt at intimidation.”
“Momodou Taal, the activist being sought for deportation, is one of three students at the New York Ivy League college, along with a Cornell professor, who are suing Trump for what they say is a “campaign against free speech — particularly as it targets international students and scholars who protest or express support for Palestinian rights,” according to the American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee (ADC). The ADC, along with co-counsel, is representing Taal and claims Trump has “unconstitutionally silenced” him and other people living in the United States from “speaking, hearing, or engaging with viewpoints critical of the U.S. government” through deportation and EOs, the group’s lawsuit says. The ADC points to the recent detainment and attempted deportation of Mahmoud Khalil, described in the lawsuit as “a former Columbia University graduate student and prominent participant in pro-Palestinian campus demonstrations.”
“According to Taal and his legal team, Trump’s DOJ allegedly contacted them on Friday and told them that he needed to turn himself into Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for having an “unlawful” immigration status. They said his student visa had been revoked on March 14, just one day before the ADC filed its lawsuit on his behalf. Hours before alerting Taal, he and ADC lawyers filed an emergency motion late Thursday, March 20, for a temporary restraining order (TRO) to preemptively block Taal’s detainment — leading him and ADC to believe it was all calculated, which the DOJ insisted was untrue in a Saturday opposition filing. Taal’s motion alleged that federal agents were seen and spoken to outside his residence last Wednesday, March 19, by two eyewitnesses and that he was at risk of being immediately detained and deported.”
“On the morning of March 19, current and former Cornell community members residing with Mr. Taal at a communal residence near the Cornell campus (the Telluride House) contacted the undersigned counsel,” the motion said. “They reported that undercover law enforcement officers, from an unidentified agency, had identified themselves in the parking lot of Plaintiff Taal’s residence.” According to his lawyers, Taal has “long feared adverse immigration enforcement actions” and the recent development of plainclothes agents being stationed outside his home has “intensified his fear and anxiety, escalating the risk of immediate harm,” his motion said. It’s unclear whether the alleged officers were with ICE or another agency. “Mr. Taal is now in imminent danger of detention or deportation, causing irreparable harm that cannot be undone,” his motion said. “The emotional distress, combined with the threat of enforcement action, constitutes an irreparable injury to his rights, and therefore, Plaintiff respectfully requests the issuance of a TRO to prevent further harm and preserve his due process rights until a full hearing can be held.”
“On Saturday, Trump’s DOJ responded by insisting that Taal’s immigration status and student visa was probed before his filing of the protest lawsuit and that he was being targeted due to “disruptive actions” he took recently, which Taal says were peaceful protests that he helped organize and lead six months ago. “On or around March 14, 2025, ICE transmitted written communication to the Department of State seeking the State Department’s determination as to whether Taal, by participating in disruptive actions that created a hostile environment for Jewish students, had taken actions calling into question his continued eligibility for a U.S. visa,” DOJ lawyers said in their TRO opposition filing. “Later that day the U.S. Department of State revoked Taal’s F-1 student … State relied upon the underlying information and assessment provided by ICE that Taal had been involved with disruptive protests and had engaged in an escalating pattern of behavior, disregarding university policies and creating a hostile environment for Jewish students. This pattern of activity called into question Taal’s ability to establish his continued entitlement to nonimmigrant F-1 status, implicating State’s discretionary authority to determine whether to revoke the visa.”
“Furthermore, the DOJ claimed that after learning of the visa revocation and Taal’s “lack of lawful immigration status” on March 14, ICE began to look for Taal to serve him with “notice of these developments” to place him into “removal proceedings.” It was Taal’s actions before ADC attorneys went after the Trump administration, according to DOJ lawyers, that allegedly led DHS to target him; not his lawsuit. “Taal contends that ICE is trying to take him into custody in response to this lawsuit,” the DOJ said Saturday. “But that gets things backwards: Taal’s immigration status became unlawful before this lawsuit began. ICE’s efforts to place Taal into removal proceedings are a result of his changed immigration status, not this lawsuit. Yet it appears that this lawsuit is now essentially an effort to prevent ICE from placing Taal into removal proceedings, which is the process Congress designed for assessing the issues raised in this case.” The DOJ insisted that Trump’s directive targeting protesters is “undoubtedly lawful” and being used to combat “antisemitic harassment and violence.” Taal and ADC’s legal team replied Sunday by saying they felt Trump admin officials were refusing to explain why they’re going after Taal months after his protest.
“Defendants claim they initiated a rapid and highly coordinated inter-agency process to revoke Mr. Taal’s visa,” Taal’s lawyers said. “Though Defendants’ declarations do not provide a reason for the sudden urgency to address the protest that had taken place six months prior, Defendants assert that they initiated and finalized a multi-agency review of the evidence of Mr. Taal’s protest activity, weighed the potential statutory grounds upon which he could be deemed removable, underwent the time-consuming review mandated by the State Department for non-immigrant visa revocation by the Foreign Affairs Manual (FAM) and determined that it was necessary to revoke Mr. Taal’s visa all on the same day.”
“Taal’s lawsuit comes as Columbia University student Mahmoud Khalil, a 30-year-old living in the United States legally with a green card, was detained earlier this month and is now facing deportation for what Homeland Security claims is a violation of Trump’s orders, which call for the removal of anyone deemed a “national security and public safety threat.” A government memo obtained by NBC News said Khalil was told this by the Trump administration: “The Secretary of State has determined that your presence or activities in the United States would have serious adverse foreign policy consequences for the United States.” The ADC and Cornell plaintiffs suing Trump have previously pointed to statements from Trump after Khalil’s detainment, in which he said others would be subjected to similar treatment for their critical viewpoints. “This is the first arrest of many to come,” Trump said on TruthSocial. “We know there are more students at Columbia and other Universities across the Country who have engaged in pro-terrorist, antiSemitic, anti-American activity, and the Trump Administration will not tolerate it. Many are not students, they are paid agitators. We will find, apprehend, and deport these terrorist sympathizers from our country — never to return again.”
“ADC officials have said in statements that they believe Taal’s lawsuit is a “necessary step to preserve our most fundamental constitutional protections” regardless of what side a person supports in the Israel-Hamas war, and that Trump’s administration is trying to strong-arm its way out of it. “This is a naked attempt at intimidation,” Chris Godshall-Bennett, ADC’s legal director and co-counsel, told The Cornell Daily Sun. Closing out their reply on Sunday to DOJ’s opposition filing, Godshall-Bennett and ADC lawyers said: “Plaintiffs challenge the orders to the extent they violate the First and Fifth Amendments, and no further.” - Naked attempt at intimidation’: Trump trying to deport Cornell activist in response to lawsuit he filed against POTUS over deportations of protesters, student says
Again, all of these Arbitrary Arrests and Detentions of Students is not only Unconstitutional, but is breaking International Law and is also Pure Open Rebellion Against God. All of these unholy events in the Month of March began with President Donald J. Trump’s Truth Social Post: "All Federal Funding will Stop for any College, School or University that allows Illegal protests. Agitators will be imprisoned/or permanently expelled or, depending on on the crime, arrested. No Masks! Thank you for your attention to this matter." - Donald J. Trump
Again Trump is violating numerous Amendments to The US Constitution (The Victim's Constitutional Rights) as well as violating numerous Articles of The Universal Declaration of Human Rights. So What Constitutional Rights Is Trump Violating in this?
First Amendment: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."
Fourth Amendment: "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."
Fifth Amendment: "No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation."
Sixth Amendment: "In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense."
Seventh Amendment: "In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise reexamined in any court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law."
Ninth Amendment: "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people."
Tenth Amendment: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people." - The US Bill Of Rights
Trump’s Prohibiting of Free Speech (Freedom of Speech and Right to Peaceful Assemble (The Right To Peaceful Protest) is a Direct Violation of our Constitutional Right; Primarily The First Amendment which as noted; The 1st Amendment gives/provides numerous rights protections; specifically to express ideas through The Press and Speech, to gather/assemble in/with a group to protest and/or for other reasons (peacefully) to ask the government to fix the issue/problems that the constituents (that is us btw) face. This Amendment also protects the Right to Religious Beliefs and Practices (aka Right to Religion). The First Amendment also Prohibits the Government from Creating/Favoring a Religion over others. The Freedom Of Speech and The Freedom To Protest is also a Protected Right In The Universal Declaration Of Human Rights ,which was adopted by The United Nations in 1948; which The United States of America did sign and ratify into law.
The 4th Amendment Protects against any Unlawful Search and Seizure by the US Government (which ICE without warrants is doing, which is Illegal). The 12th Article of The Universal Declaration Of Human Rights is equivalent: “Article 12: No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.” – The Universal Declaration Of Human Rights
The 5th Amendment gives numerous protections for individuals accused of crimes, such as serious criminal charges have to be started by a Grand Jury, that an individual cannot be tried twice for the same crime (double jeopardy), individuals have the right against self-incrimination and cannot be imprisoned without due process (so fair procedures and fair trials) nor have their property taken away from them without just compensation.
The 6th Amendment gives numerous additional protections to individuals that are accused of crimes, such as being informed of their criminal charges, the right to a speedy and public trial and the right to trial by an impartial jury in their criminal cases and to be allowed representation by a lawyer and to have their own witnesses and to face the witnesses against them. The 7nth Amendment gives them additional rights, including the extended right to a jury trial in their Federal civil cases. The 8th Amendment disallows excessive fines and excessive bail as well as cruel and unusual punishment. The 9nth Amendment itself outright states that listing specific rights in the Constitution does not mean that individuals do not have other rights that are not listed nor spelled out in The Constitution. The Equivalent Articles Of The Universal Declaration Of Human Rights to these Amendments to the US Constitution are as follows:
“Article 5: No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.”
“Article 6: Everyone has the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law.”
“Article 7: All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination.”
“Article 8: Everyone has the right to an effective remedy by the competent national tribunals for acts violating the fundamental rights granted him by the constitution or by law.”
“Article 9: No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile.”
“Article 10: Everyone is entitled in full equality to a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal, in the determination of his rights and obligations and of any criminal charge against him.”
“Article 11: Everyone charged with a penal offence has the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law in a public trial at which he has had all the guarantees necessary for his defence. No one shall be held guilty of any penal offence on account of any act or omission which did not constitute a penal offence, under national or international law, at the time when it was committed. Nor shall a heavier penalty be imposed than the one that was applicable at the time the penal offence was committed.”
“Article 18: Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance.”
“Article 19: Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.”
“Article 20: Everyone has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association. No one may be compelled to belong to an association.” - The Universal Declaration Of Human Rights
Articles 18-20 can be summed of as “Everyone Has A Right To Freedom of Speech (Freedom of Expression that doesn’t violate anyone else’s Human Rights). Everyone Has A Right To The Press (regardless of the type of Media) and Everyone Has A Right To Peaceful Assembly (aka The Right To Protest).
As A Human Rights Consultant (Certified By The US Institute Of Diplomacy And Human Rights), I as a Legal Counsel (though not a Lawyer) for International Law, specifically Human Rights; attest in No Uncertain Terms that these are the US Constitutional Rights and Human Rights Articles Of The Universal Declaration Of Human Rights (which was adopted by the United Nations in 1948, which the United States of America did sign and ratify), that The Trump Administration is Violating in this, outside of His Mass Deportation Program, which is “Ethnic Cleansing” According To The United Nation’s Definition Of "Ethnic Cleansing"
The Pope several months ago Decreed That Trump is Anti-Life, a Threat To Human Life; though several months prior to the Pope’s Decree…I gave the case why Trump couldn’t be Trusted With Children, let alone Human Life (which is found in My Human Rights Presentation Paper). In The Month of February, The Pope Condemned Trump’s Mass Deportation Program (which I covered In My February 2025 Update On Child Rights And Human Rights). I as a Priest stand with The Catholic Church Against Trumpism And The Trump Administration in it’s actions against Civilians and the continued Human Rights Violations.
As A Priest, I will have to remind you We as a Christians have a Duty to Help The Immigrant and Treat The Foreigner well...if we do not and they cry out to the Lord...the Lord will surely hear their cry and we will have the Law of Consequences as a subsequent result of our Rebellion Against God. So, What Does The Bible Say About Taking Care of The Immigrant/Treating The Foreigner Well?:
“You shall not wrong a sojourner or oppress him, for you were sojourners in the land of Egypt. You shall not mistreat any widow or fatherless child. If you do mistreat them, and they cry out to me, I will surely hear their cry,” Exodus 22:21-23
In this verse, Moses speaks the commandment God decreed; that the Israelites shouldn’t wrong the stranger(foreigner/immigrant) in their midst, lest their cries be heard by God and God will enact Law of Consequences on them (those who harmed the immigrants/widowers, children; etc.), most severely. This still applies to us Christians…do unto others. Surpassing the limitations placed on us Christians…we place ourselves as Liable for Judgement.
“You shall not pervert the justice due to your poor in his lawsuit. Keep far from a false charge, and do not kill the innocent and righteous, for I will not acquit the wicked. And you shall take no bribe, for a bribe blinds the clear-sighted and subverts the cause of those who are in the right. “You shall not oppress a sojourner. You know the heart of a sojourner, for you were sojourners in the land of Egypt.” Exodus 23:6-9
Again in Exodus 23, Moses states God’s commandments to the Israelites of how they are not to oppress/harm the Sojourner (foreigner/immigrant).
“You shall have the same rule for the sojourner and for the native, for I am the Lord your God.” Leviticus 24:22

As A Priest, I am also to remind you that we as Christians are to:
Speak up for the Immigrant: Proverbs 31:8 (aka speak up for others, the immigrant, the poor and the suffering)
Execute Justice for The Immigrant: Deuteronomy 10:18 (we as Christians are to be champions and ensure justice for those oppressed/suffering.
I as A Priest have to remind those of Christ that Hatred is Rebellion Against God. For God (He Himself) is Love, we as Christians have to be of Love and There Is Zero Exception To This. This is found in 1st John 4:7-21 (Imago Dei(In God's Image)):"Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God. Anyone who does not love does not know God, because God is love." 1 John 4:7-8. In these two verses, St. John states in No Uncertain Terms that God (He Himself) is Love. Those Who Are Not Of Love, are Not Of God...no matter what they Profess. God Is Love, God (He) is The Source Of Love...those who are not of Love are not of God nor have the capability to be of Love. Father Gabrielle Amorth puts all of this succinctly in this quote: "The ability to love comes from grace, and it is much reduced in those who do not know Christ; and even more so in those who know Him but do not follow Him, a choice that assumes a serious sin." - Father Gabrielle Amorth
The Catholic Church itself is tasked the mission to confront Evil. Racism is a Moral Evil since it is Sin Against God. Archbishop Harry J Flynn In "In God's Image: A Pastoral Letter On Racism" has this to say On Why Racism Has To Not Only Be Rejected by it's victims protected and to root out Racism In our Churches and Community:
"God’s word in Genesis announces that all men and women are created in God’s image; not just some races and racial types, but all bear the imprint of the Creator and are enlivened by the breath of His one Spirit …[Racism] mocks the words of Jesus: “Treat others the way you would have them treat you.” Indeed, racism is more than a disregard for the words of Jesus; it is a denial of the truth of the dignity of each human being revealed by the mystery of the Incarnation. [6]. Those words remind us how seriously racism violates God’s will for us. It contradicts the meaning of the Incarnation and threatens our salvation. With the Incarnation, Jesus entered human history to transcend and transform the divisions of human sinfulness. He calls us to a communion with one another, a unity that reflects the unity of God’s own being in the Holy Trinity. In his life Jesus modeled this unity and deep reverence for the dignity of each person he met. Whether it was the Samaritan woman, the tax collector, the leper, or the prostitute, Jesus treated all people with the reverence that is their due as children of God.”
“If we are to follow the example of Jesus, then we must be keenly aware that every person is formed in the image and likeness of God. Every person must be treated with a deep reverence and respect. For we are all sons and daughters of the one God, in whose sacredness we share. God intends that we all live in harmony, that we practice a love that unites us and reflects our fundamental equality as human beings. Racism is a serious offense against God precisely because it violates the innate dignity of the human person. At its core racism is a failure to love our neighbor. Since we cannot claim to love God unless we love our neighbor, we can only be one with God if we reject racism and work aggressively to remove it from our personal lives, our church, and our society. Pope John Paul II, in an important teaching document entitled “Ecclesia in America,” reminds us, Every offense against the dignity of the person is an offense against God himself, in whose image human beings are made. This dignity is common to all, without exception, since all have been created in the image of God (cf. Gen 1:26). Jesus’ answer to the question “Who is my neighbor?” (Lk 10:29) demands of each individual an attitude of respect for the dignity of others and of real concern for them, even if they are strangers" - Archbishop Harry J. So, Do not allow yourself the inability to Love Others...this is what happened to The Trump Supporters/Christian Nationalists. Father Gabrielle Amorth's puts this succinctly in this quote: "The ability to love comes from grace, and it is much reduced in those who do not know Christ; and even more so in those who know Him but do not follow Him, a choice that assumes a serious sin." - Father Gabrielle Amorth. In Father Gabrielle Amorth's Ruling: Love comes from God, it is much reduced in those who do not know Christ (aka Non-believers), even more so in those who know him but choose not to follow him(aka Fallen Christians who Profess to be of Christ but Have Hatred in Their Hearts for Others. They do not have God's Holy Spirit and are not saved no matter what they Profess. So do not Believe Them And Do Not Count Them As Part Of The Body of Christ. They are not Christian no matter what they Profess...this is the ruling (Their lack of Empathy for others, from a Psychological Perspective...they cannot Be Trusted With Human Life either)).
The reality is, you as a Christian cannot be Apathetic to Evil (Complicit/Complacent to Evil). Apathy to Evil is Evil. Dietrich Bonhoeffer Defines Apathy to Evil succinctly in this quote: “Silence in the face of Evil, is itself Evil. God will not hold guiltless. To not speak is to speak. To not act is to act” – Dietrich Bonhoeffer

For this Month of March, this will be My Announcement for My Human Rights Campaign: I, as a Certified Human Rights Consultant (Certified By The US Institute of Diplomacy And Human Rights), have converted this Human Rights Campaign into an legal Human Rights Case, which I have brought to The United Nation’s Human Rights Council (The Office Of The High Commissioner Of The Human Rights Council). As both a Certified Human Rights Consultant (though not a Lawyer, I am a Legal Counsel for International Law; specifically Human Rights) and as a Priest/Holy Knight who stands with The Pope and The Catholic Church against Trumpism and The Trump Administration’s Human Rights Violations (Trump’s Mass Deportation Program) and far more, am following the Pope’s Decree as well as The Catholic Church’s Mandate to the letter, to Confront and Remove Racism from both The Church and Society as a whole and to safeguard Human Life. I will leave you all with this reminder. We as Christ Followers (Christians) are given the Moral Duty to Protect The Victims of Hatred And Wrong. 1. "List the specific Articles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights that have been violated."
2. " State the facts, as far as possible in chronological order."
3. " Include the date, time and place of the incident(s); name and position of the perpetrator(s); place of detention if applicable; names and addresses of any witnesses and any other important details."
