Whole Foods Market in Redlands, California

Whole Foods Market in Redlands, California
The Issue
The city of Redlands will benefit from a Whole Foods Market built across the street from Red Robin near Citrus Plaza (crossing streets are Lugonia Ave & Indiana Ct). This will provide the community members of Redlands, as well as students of the University of Redlands a wide variety of healthy and organic foods. The lot across from Red Robin is completely empty and will therefore only benefit the community without having to close or destroy any other surrounding business. The University of Redlands already provides its students with shuttles to and from the Citrus Plaza area; this will ensure a demand from the students of U of R, because the issue of limited transportation will not be an issue.
This area meets all of the requirements made for Whole Foods Real Estate consideration:
Typically, 200,000 people or more in a 20-minute drive time 25,000-50,000 Square Feet
Large number of college-educated residents
Abundant parking available for our exclusive use
Stand alone preferred, would consider complementary
Easy access from roadways, lighted intersection
Excellent visibility, directly off of the street
Must be located in a high traffic area (foot and/or vehicle)
