Where are Ohio, drug pushers getting carfentanil, an elephant sedative?
"The Hamilton County Heroin Coalition announced Friday that local heroin supplies are now being mixed with an elephant tranquilizer, making the drug exponentially more potent -- and more dangerous."
"'Narcan may not save you from this one,' said Dr. Lakshmi Sammarco, Hamilton County Coroner."
"The synthetic opioid carfentanil is 100 times stronger than fentanyl, the analgesic blamed for increasing overdose deaths, and it's 10,000 times stronger than the morphine on the streets."
"There have been 91 overdoses and eight deaths in Akron from July 5 through July 14."
