I'm here to State and hope to start a petition that in Memorial be erected in honor of the Fallen lifeguard who was struck by lightning on August 30th 2021 while on duty at White Sands Beach Seaside Park New Jersey township of Berkeley. I petition that the beach we renamed as a memorial in honor of Keith Pinto or a memorial erected in his name.
