On May 20 2024, the Chief Prosecutor of the ICC filed for the arrest of Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu and his Defense Minister Gallant for war crimes and crimes against humanity.  Netanyahu should be arrested when he arrives in the USA.

On January 2024, Israel was accused of genocide by the International Court of Justice (ICJ) and ordered to abide by the 1949 Genocide Convention.

The genocide has escalated and expanded since then. 

On May 20 2024, Netanyahu and his defense minister Gallant were charged with war crimes and crimes against humanity. Warrants for their arrest have been requested by the ICC.

Their crimes include deliberate and willful mass murder including deliberate starvation of civilians. In flagrant violation of international laws, Israel cut off access to food, clean water, hospitals, medical care, and shelter.

500,000+ people are currently starving in Palestine.

UN Secretary-General António Guterres warned that “1.1 million people in Gaza are facing catastrophic hunger – the highest number of people ever recorded – anywhere, anytime.” 

Deliberate starvation of civilians is a war crime and a crime against humanity.

Netanyahu has no regard for international law.   He’s coming to Congress to ask for MORE American weapons to expand genocide of Palestinians and bring all out war to Lebanon.

The select group in Congress who invited Netanyahu has been heavily criticized by Israelis and Americans alike. The vast majority of Americans do not support giving Israel more weapons for genocide.

Netanyahu will not stop unless he is arrested. 

Israel is guilty of war crimes, apartheid and genocide under the direct leadership of Netanyahu. The American people did not invite him to speak.

His invitation should be revoked. If he lands in the USA, he should  be handed over to the ICC for prosecution.
