Its been a home to artists and marine business alike for many years. Falmouth town do NOT need expensive luxury flats we NEED affordable housing. We do not need another hotel when many local hotels are in decline, We do Not need a chain restaurant when we already have a local array of them competing for business. Coastlines is on the last fully functional industrial sights left in cornwall, do NOT let developers take over one of our last cultural areas! Thank you
